How Does It Work?

A retainer fee is like a monthly design fee. It is paid upfront each month before work is ordered. Essentially, you are paying for time versus a specific service.

A 3 month minimum is required. We will re-evaluate at the end of the first 3 months whether your need more time for your projects.
I will provide services for the set number of hours selected per month. Please see pricing below as packages are based on 4, 10 or 20 hours a month. Any overage in design time will be billed at my standard hourly rate.
I make your projects a priority and plan my workload to allocate time for your projects. Unused hours expire at the end of each month.
Payment will be due on the 1st of each month, for the month ahead.
A detailed time report will also be submitted to you every 1st of the month
You will be notified if we are getting close to the monthly hours and if additional time is needed for the month, you will be made aware before committing to pay extra.

Included Services

Print Materials – sales sheets, direct mailers, brochures, event programs, signage
Ad Design – print and web ads
Digital Materials – email templates, social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics, social media posts
Website Maintenance – Content updates like images, text, updated layout. Includes plugin updates and troubleshooting
Consultation services – assistance in design or marketing ideas for your project, WordPress tutorials if needed.
Please note: Services do not include logo design. Logos will be charged at our flat rate pricing. Services also do not include content writing or any additional costs for any stock photography or fonts that you may need.
Additional services are available upon request.

Scheduling Services

You can request work by email or through a work request form which you will receive after contracting with me.

Turnaround time: I can take care of small projects within 1-3 business days. Larger projects can be scheduled for specific days or to meet a specific deadline. I ask for one week’s notice so that I can make sure to allot an adequate amount of time to your project.

Retainer clients are prioritized in my schedule, meaning that I will get your requests done as quickly as possible.
